I met with you this afternoon and just wanted to take a moment to thank you for time and knowledge. Too often, business owners are too busy to deal with their own customers! You were completely the opposite…and it was a pleasant alternative. I truly appreciate the crash course in embroidery and feel that I left with a comfort level that would be very difficult to duplicate.

You seem to be GREAT at what you do and take pride in that fact. Again, I thank you.
