I found Simon online, as I live nearby. I took a 25 yr old Babyloc embroidery machine in for servicing. I don’t use my machine very often, so it has been neglected. He not only has it humming like the wind, but the stitching also looks better than ever!. After the repairs, which were VERY reasonable, he sat down with me to show me some tips of the trade. I was doing so many things wrong! Just the basics that the original seller never bothered to show me. I am looking forward to enjoying my machine like never before. Thank you, Simon!!!
